Terms & Conditions
As of: February 2026 – Valid for all orders via our online shop and at markets.
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop or at markets of Wachswandel UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
The version of the T&C valid at the time of the order applies.
We do not recognise any terms of the customer that deviate from these T&C unless we have expressly agreed to their validity.
§ 2 Contractual Partner & Conclusion
The contractual partner is Wachswandel UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Drei-Eichen-Str. 4a, 53919 Weilerswist.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of your order by email. The contract is concluded upon dispatch of the order confirmation.
§ 3 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs within Germany are between €3.90 and €5.90, depending on order size.
For orders over €40, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
§ 4 Payment
We accept the payment methods indicated during the ordering process.
For payment by bank transfer, the invoice amount must be transferred within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
§ 5 Delivery
Delivery is made within Germany to the delivery address provided by the customer.
The delivery time is usually 3–7 business days.
Longer delivery times may apply for handmade products.
Deliveries abroad are currently not possible.
§ 6 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§ 7 Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Statutory withdrawal rights apply. Please refer to our separate cancellation policy.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or that are not suitable for return due to their nature.
§ 8 Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
As these are recycled products, slight colour variations or textures may occur. This does not constitute a defect but is a characteristic of the recycling process.
§ 9 Liability
We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of material contractual obligations. Liability is then limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
The limitation of liability does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body or health.
§ 10 Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
§ 11 Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
If the customer is a merchant, Weilerswist is the place of jurisdiction.
Should any provision of these T&C be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
