Returns
You can return ordered goods within 14 days without giving any reason. Please contact us in advance by email at info@wachswandel.de so we can prepare the return. You will then receive all necessary information and, if applicable, a return label.
Complaints & Defects
If a product arrives damaged or has a defect, please let us know as soon as possible by email at info@wachswandel.de. Ideally with a photo and description. We'll find a straightforward solution together – whether replacement delivery, credit or refund.
