All information about shipping times, costs and our sustainable packaging.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. As our candles are handmade, it may take slightly longer during peak periods (Christmas season).
Shipping partner
We ship within Germany via DHL. Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch.
Sustainable packaging
We use recycled and recyclable packaging material. We do not use plastic.
Delivery times
Within Germany: 2–4 business days after dispatch. Deliveries abroad are currently not possible.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping within Germany: €4.90. Free shipping on orders over €40.
