Cancellation Policy

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Wachswandel UG, Drei-Eichen-Str. 4a, 53919 Weilerswist, info@wachswandel.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to customer specifications or that are not suitable for return due to their nature (e.g. individually designed candles).
